AT MSM Design Group, LLC we pride ourselves in the wide range of services that we have available to you.  Your construction process most often begins with a 'starter set' of plans where we will design and draw up a basic floor plan based on your thoughts and ideas.  It is at this stage that the kinks are worked out, the footprint and general layout is determined, and you - the customer - will have as much input as possible to achieve the exact plan that you desire.  Revisions and new thoughts or ideas are encouraged here.

After finalizing the starter plan set, we will proceed to the complete 'construction set' of plans.  The Executive Construction Set comes with a foundation drawing, a foundation and framing verification sheet, all detailed and dimensioned floor and framing plans, four exterior elevations, cross-sections with stair layouts and material specifications, and a roof overhead.  To save costs for specific builders who request it, we also offer a 'Short Set' of plans that include a foundation drawing, dimensioned floor plans, four exterior elevations, and a typical cross-section with material specifications.  Electrical plans, kitchen and bath layouts and elevations, material take-offs,  and detailed individual wall panels can be added to this set of drawings if need be.

MSM Design Group, LLC also has years of experience in high-end, custom modular home design.  If you are someone who has a great floor plan idea,  but are having a hard time laying it out into a working modular design, we can easily step in and help.  With the advancements taken by many of today's modular (or system-built) home builders, people are oftentimes giving serious thought to this method of construction.  If you need to have your dream house 'modularized', do not hesitate in coming to us.

Are you ready to start a building project but are in need of actual wall panel layouts?  MSM Design Group, LLC can create wall drawings that locate every single stud, plate, opening, header, cripple, block, shoulder etc., and included with every detailed wall panel drawing comes a lumber cut-list.  All of this, regardless of the complexity of the wall !

Perhaps you are with a lumber yard or a builder who still uses tedious methods to figure lumber quantities, square footage take-offs, drywall and/or sheathing amounts, or any kind of material estimating.  At MSM Design Group, LLC we have the ability to customize our software specific to your company needs.  Using a software program unlike normal CAD packages in that there is intelligence  programmed and linked to every component on the screen, we can produce material quantity reports, pull lists, cutting reports, opening and component lists, and more.  Basically, what is physically entered as real products into stock files for your company on the front end can be reported after design work is done on the back end.  Or, more simply put:  The more we put in, the more you get out.    

And finally, MSM Design Group, LLC can provide construction management to any project.  Whether you want help overseeing only certain stages of construction, hiring and scheduling of subcontractors, laying out time lines, or would like a complete General Contracting agreement, we will always adapt to your needs.
